Australian Collection Services has established various policies & procedures which meet our five (5) key management categories that impact on every aspect of our business.
All these policies & procedures are managed online via our "Way We Do" platform, made available to all staff upon induction. Many of these policies are relevant to the way that we conduct our services and accordingly these are also made available to clients and other interested stakeholders. All employees, contractors & third-party suppliers are expected to comply with our policies, procedures including our Code of Conduct.
