Sammy hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Management & Marketing and also studied 4 years in Law. He has over 18 years experience in management, including 10 years in managing our repossession services. After 13 years of service and running the day to day operations of the business; Sammy has stepped up as owner and director.

Shalvey holds a Certificate IV in Credit Management. She brings over 11 years experience in bank and financier collections, recoveries and litigation management to our business, working in some of the largest companies of the industry such as Commonwealth Bank and Toyota Finance. Shalvey also has the qualifications, knowledge and relevant experience to ensure all client work is well managed with a clear focus on maintaining a respectful and successful relationship.

Taylorai has 8 years experience and industry knowledge In financial collections, recoveries, settlements, senior duties and experience on both sides of the industry being financial and mercantile agents. Her extensive knowledge of compliance and processes to ensure client work is managed effectively and efficiently, whilst upholding guests experiences at all times. Taylorai also holds a bachelor of communication and focuses on our internal marketing and public relations to ensure our clients are well looked after.

John founded the business and has over 40 yeas industry experience including working as an agent himself. John still maintains a hands on approach with the business as a shareholder and consultant for Australian Collection Services.

ACS office staff which includes an experienced Team Leader and a team of Client Liaison Specialists who maintain a vast range of experience in the industry ranging up to 20 years, our office staff competently manage the day to day tasks and correspondence from our clients to guarantee quick and effective responses.
